Raymond commenced his career in 1988 in a family business in Queensland. With Real Estate in his blood he has been involved in every aspect of general and commercial Real Estate which has given him a solid and professional understanding of all aspect of the industry. His success in both sales and management continues today and is enhanced by his need and astute ability to adapt to the changing faces of the real estate industry.

To add further feathers to his cap Raymond is a long term licensed auctioneer and also qualified trainer in the industry. He is results driven and his personal sales results and experience are simply a testament to his passion for the industry. Raymond understands that the very best result must be accompanied by the best experience so is dedicated to providing individual care that includes his honest and transparent feedback for homeowners.

Raymond’s philosophy is simple: he sees himself as the catalyst to assist Sellers achieve their goal of getting the highest possible price for their most valuable asset; and to assist buyers achieve their goal to acquire their most valuable asset or additional property to increase their property portfolio.

Originally from a small rural town New Zealand’s South Island, I chased the sun over to Western Australia 10 years ago and settled in the charming town of Broome in September of 2023. The magic of the Kimberley’s captured me in a way I never thought possible, and this now the long-term home of myself, my partner Scott and our young daughter, Arizona.
I am delighted to have returned to work after the early years of raising my little family - as a Sales Representative with Broome Property Specialists. With over 30 years of combined Sales experience and extensive local area knowledge, I am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful team.

Nikki comes from an extensive career in HR and business management and now also real estate through managing property and investment acquisitions. She is now a local to Broome with her husband and two boys.

Nikki brings us valuable skills especially in compliance, management and is a great communicator, which, as you know, for me is the essence of our business.
